• Access or use the Services to compete with Hello Electric;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code;
• Scrape, spider, or use other automated means to extract data without authorization;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Upload viruses or malicious code;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. User Data and Uploads

You may submit data through your use of the Services, including via:

• API requests;
• Web application input;
• File uploads.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide this data, and you grant Hello Electric a license to use, host, store, and process it solely to provide the Services.

The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to paid users.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms;
• Required by law;
• Your subscription is delinquent.

Upon termination, your access and data may be deleted or restricted as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hello Electric disclaims all warranties (express or implied);
• Hello Electric is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
